Technology is everywhere: in medicine, environment, industry, government, the global market. I find that instructional technologists are increasingly being trusted to come up with accurate data and practical solutions for everyday problems, opening up hundreds of possibilities. Possibilities not only for being gainfully employed, but more importantly, for the challenges of being able to chart unknown territories, and uncover hidden potential. I have been pursuing BA in Communications through Stockton itself, an institute I found to be at once warm and welcoming, as well as knowledgeable and helpful in my quest for educational and professional accomplishment. I would like to continue my association here if given the opportunity to join the MAIT program, which is streamlined to my academic aspirations towards technological research and training methods. I am confident that the curriculum would also gear me up for the real world, and directly aid my professional goals in the field of instructional technology. I am aware that the program has a strong basis in theory, and encourages the students to apply the theories in actual challenges in corporate or educational situations. I hope to bring what I have already learned during my graduating years in the Communications course with special concentration on Information Technology to bear on my study for the MA in Instructional Technology, if given the opportunity. ...Download file to see next pages Read More

ERP systems are often assumed to be a deterministic technology, since organizations have to align their organizational structure, business processes and workflow to the embedded logic of the ERP system (Glass, 1998). Web-based ERP applications also help in effective Supply Chain Management by sharing data in real time with supply chain partners, improving...

Organizational Behaviour: The Application of Theory X and Y

People are not just a “resource”. Each person is a complicated web of likes, dislikes, ambitions, fears, interests, passions – in short, every imaginable sentiment and belief.
