One should consider how the customers will pay for the products and services by establishing a mode of payment that can easily be transacted by the customer. The payments should also appear real time to eliminate misunderstandings that could arise from delays. The fifth element to consider is the order fulfillment. All transactions that have been paid off should be completed through the delivery of the relevant products and services.
