For this purpose, I have chosen two well-known e-commerce platforms one is Ebay and other is Amazon. This paper will presents detailed comparison of these two online retail business platforms on the basis of their value proposition, market or audience, revenue models, competitive environment, value chain and marketplace positioning, representation in the physical world, organizational structure point of views.. This model helps the business organizations to attract numerous people to their e-commerce web sites. Another e-commerce model is business-to-business (B2B), which helps business organizations communicate or collaborate with other business organizations in order to establish effective supply chain relationships or attract new trading associates towards their business. Without a doubt, it is a very helpful way of communicating and working with other businesses for the reason that well-established corporations certainly take advantage of a wide variety of tools and technologies for their business associates for delivering a variety of required resources (Turban et al., 2005; Anton, 2011; Epstein, 2004). As discussed above B2C allows the business organizations to communicate with their customers and establish close relationships in order to generate revenue. In addition, web based E-bay’
