Work-life balance is a phrase that has been used to describe the aspect of people having a feeling that they are contended on how they are distributing their time and energy on life which is and the work they do for pay. Life, here refers to the other aspects that do not partein to the paid job and they include leisure activities and attending to family issues and friends.
