Extract of sample "Creativity in Enterprise"

A module is a segment among other segments that are standardised to give educational or professional training in some manner. For example, in entrepreneurship learning, a module is something that gives the personal development experiences in an entrepreneurial sector and professional advancement. It gives the product of some creative ideas and innovations that can be applied in personal development in the business sector. A module has been a real motivation to students by helping them understand on how they can conduct themselves to promote their innovations in the business environment. They are equipped with skills, knowledge on how they can develop their personal skills and the research skills. A business environment with students who have polished ideas in how they can put their ideas into real practice to improve the business enterprise and its performance is the purpose of module guidelines in an enterprise. A module has been meant to help students solve their business problems in an ample business environment by coming up with effective solutions. The knowledge gained from the module helps them to form part of good leadership in any business enterprise; by application of their creative tools and skills, they gain. The module knowledge enables the students understand how teamwork can promote the performance of the business. According to Mahaux (2013), the theory of the use of teamwork advanced by Martin Maheux considers how a workshop is an effective way by which students can get benefits at the end of study experience in teamwork. Teamwork advances a conducive and safer environment for teamwork, which helps the entrepreneurs, and all the entrepreneurs managers concerned to come up with new enter pre-trial ideas, solve some barriers that may be personal and can affect the performance of a business enterprise. The problem with the management of teamwork is of concern and is considered among other factors as how the workshop advances creative ideas in order to promote the productivity of the enterprise. The work of the students is to know how to apply the knowledge they gain of creative tools gained from the module in order to advance their teamwork performance into business success. The students must make effective decisions, which can affect the performance of the business enterprise positively rather than negatively. Teamwork is a key issue to determine the success of a business, and it helps any business enterprise advance in its productivity and has promising returns. Therefore, it is important for students to understand that teamwork will help them in their performance of the business operations as either managers or just mere employees. Every other employee in a business enterprise needs the other to promote the success of the business (Mahaux 2013). Nandan (2013) asserts that a workshop is very important theory in advancing the progress of a business. From the module, I have been able to understand that a workshop considers the creativity of the people and finds a way in which their creative ideas can be put into the business enterprise. It is one way of creating a safe business environment in which new ideas are innovated and a strategy on how they are to be implemented. The module has helped me understand my future entrepreneurial role in this one way. A workshop advances good relations between the managerial, entrepreneurial position leaders in the enterprise and the mere entrepreneurs. Use of workshops is a method in which entrepreneurs in a business collectively sit down and come up with fresh implementations into the business enterprise to advance its success. Employing workshops is a way by which the business can come up with innovations in order to advance their performance and its operations. A workshop has been described in many business enterprises as one of the key factors considered in helping the workers, and the entrepreneurial, managerial staff come into terms and conditions that strategise the effectiveness of the business enterprise. The theory has helped me understand how to advance in teamwork and workshops in my future entrepreneurship role in the business enterprise (Nandan 2013). The module has provided a greater insight into my personal development and entrepreneurial skills in various ways. First, it has enabled me understand how teamwork is an essential factor for an entrepreneur to succeed in any business enterprise. Teamwork encourages the sharing of different ideas upon which when they are put into consideration, they help an entrepreneur come up with new working creative ideas in the business. It is through teamwork that most entrepreneurs get to learn new creative tools and innovations that assist them in advancing their entrepreneurial skills, which are very important in the progress of the business enterprise. At a time an entrepreneur would like to add knowledge in their entrepreneurial skills, one should consider having a team work with various entrepreneurs or with other entrepreneurial managers to share various innovations. Creativity skills and innovations are acquired through shared ideas of different people who have been experienced in the business world. I have been able to identify that through experience and the creation of a safe business environment an entrepreneur can come up with creative business skills which if implemented can give promising returns (Kurtz & Young 2008). The module has also helped in my personal development in the sense that spending time with creative people who have well-spoken attributes working in a normal business environment can advance my entrepreneurial skills. This is because as we spent time together, I will be able to get new business ideas and innovations that will readily help me to advance my entrepreneurial skills. Creative people always discuss business ideas that are essential to the progress of a business enterprise and which are always effective. Creativity is a key element that is essential to any entrepreneur who wishes to advance in business. An entrepreneur must be creative, and this can help one in his or her future roles of entrepreneurship to be innovative. A good entrepreneur looks into any opportunities on the way and ensures that any idea on his way is implemented. I am personally developed by this module in that sector and, therefore, this module is really of great impact in my future role of entrepreneurship because can understand what it actually takes to have a successful business enterprise (Pubperis-ortiz & Merigó-lindahl 2015). Fulford (2013) asserts that the factors within a business environment affect its success and progress in one way or the other. Be it cultural or social factors, as long as they affecting the entrepreneurship business, then it is sufficient that they affect the performance of the business enterprise. Business culture is the most determining factor in the success of an entrepreneurial business set up. The kind of education offered to the students is a social factor, which can readily affect their future role in the entrepreneurship business sector. Intelligence and honesty are also factors upon which can influence the entrepreneurial readiness of a person. Some other social factors as the background knowledge in the area of business is also a consideration in ensuring the determining the social factors that affect a business. The module has left these factors among other factors which have caused a great impact to the way am preparing for my future entrepreneurial role. Cultural and social factors like the teamwork learnt from the module have impressed me. Reason being that I now have a different mindset on how the teamwork can bring about effective performance of a business. Teamwork is one way in which has changed by character with the way I relate with people. It has enabled me understand that having good relations with people in a business can help the entrepreneur get promising returns in the business enterprise (Edmondson 2012). This is because through the established team working process; an entrepreneur gets to understand and invent very many creative ideas that assist him or her in the business performance. Teamwork enhances the performance of a business by different people getting to share different views of their business experiences and therefore enlightening each other on the conduct of business. Through teamwork, an entrepreneur gets to advance his skills of conducting the business and the way to attract customers when he finally gets into the future business world. Teamwork has also helped entrepreneurial, managerial leaders to be able to come into terms with their employees and, therefore, work together for the success and prosperity of the business. This way, teamwork is a cultural factor that has greatly contributed to the success of a business and through it, future entrepreneurs are prepared on how to play their roles and obligations for the success of the business (kantis 2006). A cultural factor of workshop plays a role in entrepreneurs. This factor has greatly impressed me. For a business to maintain its good performance, it is required to conduct many business workshops as possible. Through workshops, creativity tools and innovations are taken into account. A strategy of how the future business entrepreneurs will conduct their business is also considered. A workshop is a system of conducting business in an effective way in which a business, considers proper organisation, in order to re-consider its aims and objectives. It is also through the business workshops that various entrepreneurs get to understand new business strategies that can attract promising returns into their businesses. Many future-oriented entrepreneurs consider various workshops in order to advance their business skills that help them venture into the business world. References Mahaux, M.
