INNOVATIVE APPROACH According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, there are about twenty nine million people in the U.S. that have diabetes, eight of which are the undiagnosed (2014 National Diabetes Statistics Report). Such statistics require severe measures and actions to prevent the increasing of number of people who may potentially suffer this disease or even obtain the insulin dependence. It is also known that diabetes can cause serious health disorders such as heart diseases, kidney failure and blindness, that is why preventive activities to such diseases and diabetes in particular should be well thought and conducted.

With the development of modern technology and discoveries in science, it became possible to prevent the diabetes by developing and implementing different approaches. Thus, as the Healthy Program in Prevention Diabetes for Florida of the Health across the State Organization, such innovative approach will be the developing and the implementation of m-health application available within each smartphone. With more than two hundred millions of people using wireless subscribers and cell phones, such application as m-health will be the most convenient tool in preventing not only diabetes but also an attempt to spend healthier way of life.

The recent growth of wireless and mobile technologies gave the unique for human being opportunity to connect information in the real world with the different centers and information spots across the globe. The m-health application installed within each smartphone will enable record and send necessary information from the certain person to the medical specialist, for example. Such information will consist of the data on an individuals biology, psychology, behavior and one’s daily environment.

Such information will be analyzed for discovering potential insights of possible factors that lead to disease. M-health application having special sensors will enable to change when, where, and how healthcare is provided; it will also ensure the important social, behavioral, and environmental data in order to define and understand the main are used to understand the indicators of health and will let the specialists to improve health outcomes. Such innovative approach as m- health will help to measure healthy nutrition, physical and psychosocial state as well as the addictive substances that cause different health disorders and contribute to the development of disease.

The application will keep the person and medical specialist aware of dietary intake and physical activity of the patient.Given the highest level of attention to developing and implementation of such health care innovation as m-health, it will have more advantages for the economy of the country and its society, because it is better to prevent the disease than spend millions of dollars on searching and examining the new medications that are able to help people with diabetes. It is also obvious that modern technologies are able to contribute the most in to the public health and health care delivery.

The other advantage of such application as m- health is in its accessibility and data availability that can be utilized by state leaders in their attempt to change health and health care on a large scale.
