It also discusses the ease of a company’s entry into an industry increases competition, and how this can be reduced by introducing barriers such as placing elevating fixed costs and paucity of resources. The journal also analyzes the pressure, which suppliers place on a company has an enormous impact on the margins of the company. This includes the factors, which influence the intensity of the suppliers’ power, include shortage of suppliers and unavailability of substitutes of a product. The issue of customers affecting a company’s boundaries because of the number of buyers, the quantity of purchases, and ease of finding substitutes of a product, price and importance of a product is also discussed in the journals.

The authors mention how risk of substitutes is determined by the ease of customers to acquire an alternative to a product or service because they are fascinated by cheap alternatives. In addition, Competition among companies, and how they determine the returns of a company were explored; consequently, the issue of return reduction when competition is high in the retail sector is discussed. Competition is increased when there is no company that stands above the rest and when there is no difference between products and services.

Stakeholders may be individuals or organizations. The journal discusses how Moblink reduces competition in the industries by introducing barriers. It also shows how Moblink determines how suppliers and customers affect its returns.

This is because Moblink should determine the effects of stakeholders in projects. Stakeholders have various degrees of importance in a company; therefore, companies should rate them according to the value. The interests and opinions of stakeholders contribute to the success of companies and authors in the journal reiterate this. Conclusion The five forces focus on customers, suppliers and competitors of a company. Companies to ensure that they maintain their customers and compete effectively utilize this. Extending the conversation Companies, which use the five forces in their analysis, increase their chances for success because they will be able to determine the right strategies to increase the beauty of their company. Customers determine the progress of the company; therefore, companies should strive to maintain and attract new customers. Stakeholders should be sentient of the corollary of their actions in company projects.

Is it possible for any company to succeed without carrying out the General Force Analysis or the Stakeholders Identification and Value Analysis?
