Well over one-third of consumers who have Internet access at home report to using the Internet to make purchases (What is Internet marketing 2004). Moreover, statistics show that Internet users increase at a rapid rate that in five years' time (Advertising 2007).Another advantage that online advertising has is its capability to reach a global audience at a fast rate.

This enables extensive exposure of the products, brands or services being advertised, resulting to a high success rate (Online Advertising - Advantages and disadvantages 2005).With these facts, the creation of a website would definitely be a great help to promote a business at a very reasonable cost. Websites now reach a greater audience than the traditional advertising vehicles. Moreover, websites represent a kind of dynamism that makes the product or brand being advertised looking very competitive and updated.2. OBJECTIVEThe purpose of this website is mainly to promote the Marketing Firm, its company profile and most importantly, its products and services to the market.

It would be a user-friendly site, in which interested clients could browse through to search on needed information regarding their required service. It basically aims to capture its target market and eventually lead to sales.II. CONTENTSThe following are the proposed contents of the website:1. Home Page - contains a brief summary of the company and a subscriber sign up form to capture a visitor's name and email address for database purposes.2. Company Profile - contains the history of the company, a profile of the board of directors and key personnel, mission and vision3.

Services - contains a list of services being offered by the marketing firm, complete with a brief description of each.4. Clients - contains a list of past and present clients, a brief description of the projects done with them and sample works created for them.5. A Contact Us Page - includes the Marketing firm's company address, phone, fax, and an online contact form through which clients can submit queries and comments regarding the website, and the company's products and services.III. PROCESSThe following are the steps to be followed in the creation of the website:1.

Develop a page layout, look and feel to be used throughout the site.2. Register a domain name, which shall be included in the domain name with a key word at either the start or the end for search engine optimization purposes. 3. Design the navigation scheme. 4. Develop pages of new content including articles written as approved by the Marketing firm. These articles will be preceded with a keyword focusing on two or three paragraph introduction and will then be summarized to optimize the pages for Search Engine rankings. 5. Editing and incorporation approved content into the website. 6. Optimize the website for search engine positioning using keywords relevant to the market.7. TIMELINESIt would take approximately a month to develop the website.
