Reflectionson Educational Experience: How satisfied are you with your performance on the degree so far Reviewing my past performance in the degree, I believe that I have achieved most of my targets which I had set in the beginning of the course. Though I am content with the results of my efforts, I would still endeavour to perform better in the future. How do you account for your overall performance so far By taking up a Business and Finance course in college, I have gained the theoretical knowledge required in my field.

I have gained skills in organisational management, investment decision making, and analyzing the financial market. Simultaneously, by working as a branch manger at Pizza Express, I have gained professional experience and learnt how to apply the theoretical part of my studies in real-life markets. What do you want to STOP doing that will help or maintain your performance I am going to stop neglecting my health. I have realised that at times when I'm not careful, I fall sick due to minor ailments.

These include not taking enough sleep, not eating at proper times, and irregular biological cycles. To ensure a safe path to success, I shall get rid of these unhealthy habits and strike a proper balance between my work and my health. What do you want to CONTINUE to do that will help or maintain your performance My key strength is my ability to work hard and for long hours. This is exactly what I wish to continue doing since I know that this method of working shall help me attain my short term, as well as my long term goals.

I also believe that with this key strength in use, I can overcome any weakness, focus on what is important and take advantage of every opportunity that passes by. What do you want to START doing that will help or maintain your performance I am going to start developing an attitude of patience within myself. I have realised that I need to gain self-control before I go on to pursue a career in any management field.
