In the other pictorial pattern, the boyfriend of the young girl was planned to appear before the male parent of the girl in an outside setting of a public utility place. The man who was to render services there presented an item and the father was believed to come across the girl’s love directly.

An analogical representation is presented here in the form of a female versus the leftover item which is being sold offered and negotiated for 5 dollars.

All of this is aimed at representing how the Chinese corporate world operates and how women are used as a subject. In return for the abuse and exploitation, they earn promotions, and other privileges in the workplace.

The second pattern presents another similar scenario where the aim is to present the items, and the services according to the needs, likings and tastes of the superiors. The female here in a figurative manner is guided about the requirements expected against her existence and duties to appease the officials. Further, there is a clear talk of bias and non-professional like and dislike in the workplace.

All this is further strengthened by the claims and findings in various forms. These include the findings from the surveys undertaken in 2010. These reveal that gender-oriented promotions and decisions were in practice. Further, declining trends are seen in terms of women coming forth from the urban parts of society. The declining rate is nearly up to 16 per cent.

The negative trends of plastic surgeries are seen largely in the youth who must not adopt such means otherwise.

The gender oriented actions, appointments are fast becoming a norm and practice and people are accepting it as a general rule of appointment standards.

The Peoples University of Beijing revealed that interview shortlisting trends are largely defined by gender and women have a relatively large chance in terms of appointment and getting through. While gender inequality may be part of any society, in the Chinese account the new year festival organized further specified the problem at hand and how it is prevailing in Chinese society.
