On the other hand, there is just a little observable over aviation education process itself. Provided the complexity and uniqueness associated with aviation education particularly flight training, aviation education necessitates a different model as compared to models used for the education of young people. Whereas young people will look for and wait for instructions on what to learn and are more reliant on the experts to educate them in what they need to be familiar with for some future application, adults on the other hand call for the immediate utility of the knowledge or skills learned. Research designates that interactive as well as active modes of learning are more engaging to majority of adults than passive watching or listening. Generally in the field of aviation education, learning takes place in a sequence of clearly instituted, progressive measures: The student fundamentally learns what the teacher provides them to learn, and act upon on how the teacher had instructed them to perform. Students make and use of the information or achieves the actions when the instructor advises them to do so. On the other hand, the learners at this initial stage do not essentially have a great deal of in-depth understanding of why the information or the actions are significant. Therefore it is vital that aviation students become competent in transferring the knowledge they have gained to particular circumstances that the instructor has not mentioned beforehand. Through the understanding of why actions are made, and when they are carried out, the learner can then put that information into practice as pertinent to comparable situations. Introduction Simulation is an effective tool to allow trainer to control presentation of feed back and it also introduces the environmental distractions within a controlled learning environment. The paper proposes a typology of simulation fidelity and provides the different classes of simulation which are being used successfully to train individuals and teamwork's skills. A correlation of fidelity and training is also provided to maximize the effectiveness of fidelity simulation for training of teamwork skills. History of Flight Simulation: Some people opine that the history of flight simulation actually starts from 1982 when FS 1.0 for the IBM PC was launched. No doubt, this was the first complete panel; providing real places and airports. But it is also maintained that this version is built on the earlier concept of version 1 for the Apple II and TRS-80, devised by the same person who later launched IBM version so the history of FS starts from 1980.
