I agree with him on this point because once a person becomes very old, they are not capable defending themselves physically. Nonetheless, I think the best way to avoid such problems would be to have the family members of the elderly person taking care of him or her at home. The other alternative would be to hire a professional nurse to take care of the aged while at home, but under close supervision to avoid abuse.
