This article involves two contexts of diversity which include gender and members of visible minorities. There is a need for the conservative government of Canada to acquire diversity awareness. This will enable it to respond to racial differences in an effective and respective manner that preserve and protect a person’s dignity. Recognizing racial diversity by the government will strengthen its Employment Equity Act. As a result, the Act will be able to secure employment for women and visible minorities in their judicial career. The conservative government need to apply racial diversity in judicial appointment in order to promote a common organizational vision. This vision is more effective because ideas originate from a mixed group of people (Fine, 2014).
