Through education, a person is able to gain a specific level of education and this helps in obtaining a suitable employment later in life. When a person gets a decent job, he/she is able to earn money as salary or remuneration and at this point one is able to take care of personal expenses. Through education an individual is able to earn a livelihood and this also enables a person to play a very productive role in the society (Education Articles 2012). When someone gets employment, he or she starts to understand the real worth of money, one is able to plan and save for the unforeseeable future.

When you get employment through education you feel empowered when you lead a life independently from anyone’s financial support. You take pride when you’re earning for yourself. Education keeps you aware of the society’s rules and regulations, that way an individual is able to make sure that human rights are not violated, pinpoint negligence and discrepancies that might occur (Importance Of Education 2014). When a salary that an individual is earning seems inadequate, most of the times because of one’s aspirations and expectations, you feel the need to change jobs and seek a promotion.

The only thing that can necessitate this is a degree that makes you an outright candidate, higher academic qualification, or the relevant experience gained (Education Articles 2012). People who get enough education qualifications play important roles and help in the development and growth of their countries. These people become important persons in the community as teachers, Scientists, People welfare activists, politicians and inventors. Without all these qualified people it would be impossible for a country to develop because the social and economic frameworks would fall.

Education hence makes it possible for the continuous production of such professionals. This helps in the personal growth and development of the country as
