A new dimension is currently given to attributes, qualities, experience, and the benefits one should bring to an organization of employment. Being a team player is critical to the overall productivity of the employees. As an individual with sound interpersonal skills, it is easy to mobilize co-workers to pursue common goals of the organization and serve the primary target of high performance. These attributes will equally boost the harmony and co-operation with other workers so that there is increased participatory and objective decision making. This improves the quality of output and aggregate performance of the firm. As a proactive person, there is a significant level of visionary approach and prediction of possible future outcomes for every action. This boosts the chances of reducing risks that may cost the organization. Possession of high technical competency, discipline, commitment, and independent thinking is important in promoting the ability to work under minimal supervision and beat deadlines. Being a multi-skilled person is beneficial to the organization in the sense that one person can serve more than one role and this is cost-effective to the organizational management. A blend of several other qualities and more than one year of hands-on experience is a great asset to any employer that can be derived from the employee. Read More
