l passed by congress in federal government regarding this issue, passing the laws containing guidelines to have a watch or control over the situation, also including policing techniques over the situation (Karjane, Fisher & Cullen, 2005). Nevertheless arrangements on personal and organization level are required to counter the situation effectively. Prevention of sexual assault is of greater concern while setting standards for organizational behavior. It is required to stop sexual discrimination on the basis of sex and abuse relating to it for better working environment.

While setting standards for best organizational behavior there are five S’s for it known as Site, Source, Strategy and Synergy. While talking about well-being of persons, society and organization all the S’s should be taken under consideration. According to text assigned for reference personal, organization and community are sites where well-being is intended to happen. There are different signs from which we can tell about well being happening at different sites. Personal well-being is a sense when one feels about having a control over life and ambitions which the subject under discussion Sister Martha had a considerable shortage.

On organizational site team work and communication between the colleagues is the indication of the well being happening at the work place (American College Health Association, 2012). Role of persons as effective members of society also plays an integral part in the well being of society. Community or society well being is derived from number of sources from authorities to community members itself. If necessary steps are taken than a person can gain personal satisfaction or well being also as they have a role to play for itself and community.
