QUESTION 2: WOMEN AND THE CHANGES OF THE SOCIETY: HOW THEIR ROLE FOR PROGRESS IS RECOGNIZED BY MANY About Women Many teaching assistants see the lesser recognition that they receive from the people or the institutions that they are serving. Because of this, they think that somehow, they are less given appreciation than that of the kind of appreciation that they believe they are rightfully due. Is this true Are there possible evidence that this is not true; or that they are really given the right kind of recognition that they deserve so as to continuously motivate women more to continue pursuing the good works that they are imparting to the society at present especially in the field of education and social progress Based on evidences, there are numerous women who have been making the human society progressive towards a better future: whether in political terms, in social development issues, in educational advancements as well as with moral stratification strategies that are present in the human communities today. With these particular differences set in concentration with making the human society more conducive in receiving the best possible changes needed for the progress that humans particularly expect in life. However, making a difference is not an easy responsibility to take into consideration, especially with that of women who are expected to complete several responsibilities to their families and their selves as well. The question raising the issues then is that of how are they able to perform all the responsibilities that shape their existence within the society and their role as glue-holders of their families As earlier mentioned, there are numerous women who are known for social service that actually affects the development of the entire human communities today. Among the said women are Hillary Clinton and the late Mother Theresa. There are still others, however their names are too numerous to be listed herein. However, no matter how individually different they may be, they all have the same performing practices in terms of facing the responsibilities that they have upon the society's values and their own aspirations in making great changes in life. Women are traditionally known to have a responsibility of giving care to their homes, their families. It has always been an accepted idea with regards the role of women that they are supposed to prioritize their families since this is the main responsibility that identifies their being. However, as years advance, the role of women in the society also expands. Now, they do not simply stay inside the four walls of their homes. They are now able to take employment outside their homes and they are even able to take responsibilities in the political positions at present. It could not be denied too that even though women are given larger chances of making changes today, they are still able to do all the responsibilities that they are primarily appointed with by womanhood itself. However, it is undeniable too that most of the women who are working for the society who immediately become social images are noted for their capability of primarily coming up with the possibilities of performing their social responsibilities. On the other hand though, it is also a downside of the situation when they are not able to perform the major responsibility that they have upon their families. It is undeniable that because of the many responsibilities that they are trying to handle, they are usually too much tied up to even attend to their children or their husbands at that. Even though this is the situation, women are still given the finest chance to perform their duties to their families and their society in a balanced process. It is undeniable that through this, they are to be noted for being able to give the values of their families and their societies in a balanced way, thus becoming the best of them, giving their time and sacrificing themselves for the good of the welfare of others. Through the evidences presented by the author, it has been better established that women may not be constantly recognized verbally, but still, they are given the right chance to be well personally appreciated by those who are directly involved with them. It has also been given focus in this article that the real satisfaction behind a woman's capability of being able to perform all the tasks that she has been appointed with comes with her actual realization of the fact that she was indeed able to complete her tasks as needed. A fine evidence that insists the importance of women being able to realize satisfaction through being able to complete their role as light of the society and important instructors of truth and value to the human society. One of the most important roles of women is that of educating the society. Ever since the beginning of human civilization, women were noted for their role to instruct and educate children. Even when they were still required to stay at home and do home chores, part of their satisfying life includes that of teaching their children the values that they need to know about life. This has been the established understanding that made up women's worth in the past. Hence, even though the society had been much changing its shape and its perception of women's roles, this particular truth about the women's part in the society has remained intact. However, on the part of the women who are expected to fulfill all these tasks, adjustments and huge self sacrifices that are aimed towards completing their roles as women. It could be observed that through the years, it has been noticed how women struggled for recognition because of these many tasks that they are able to complete for the people living around them and the society that they are living in. Certainly, the new challenges presented to them by the new society makes women more subjected to bigger challenges of completing their roles as pillars of knowledge in the society. This truth brings about a certain fact that creates a great implication that the women who are satisfied with their lives are not the ones who are overly recognized or constantly given appreciation; instead, they are the ones who are able to realize their role consistently as they personally believe that they are able to complete whatever kinds of tasks have been expected of them to complete. Certainly, from then until now, the real essence of womanhood depends on what a woman perceives to be a great completion of her role not only as a female individual but as a human individual as a whole.
