Disability in the UK and US:Disability is also an important health statistic, data show that 5.9% of the total population in the UK was disabled while 6.1% of the total population in the US was disabled in the year 2000, this means that we have more cases of disability in the US than in the UK according to the 2000 estimates.Fertility in the UK and US:Fertility is also an important measure that indicates the trend in population, fertility can be indicated by the crude birth rate which is determined by dividing total births by the total population size, in 2000 it was estimated that there were 604.

4 thousand births in the UK and 3900 thousand births in the US, this shows that there were more children born in the US compared to the UK, regarding the birth rates it is evident that in the UK the estimated birth rate was 10.2639 per 1000 of the population and in the US the value was 8.621446832 per 1000 of the population, this shows that despite more children being born in the US the birth rate was higher for the UK.
