Bases on these social aspects, people may are classified in different classes as per their abilities to mingle with others based on natural basis of the person. They may be classified into either introverts or extraverts. Introverts are individuals who do not like many interactions with others and like doing things by their own i.e. they do what they do best when they are alone. On the other hand, extraverts are people who like interacting with the others. They love being in a team and enjoy undertaking their tasks in a group.

Social intelligence is the capacity by which people can be able to adapt to complex environment and being in line with it. This mainly involves the management of male and female individuals for them to be wise in matters relating to human relations (Macionis, 2007). Due to the increased gender parity context everywhere in the environment, a manager especially in the work places needs to know the different methods in which to use in order to make these different genders have a healthy cooperation.

Since it is very complex act to manage people, managers need to have strong convincing skills and handling of people skills in order to overcome this issue. They must be able to identify and comprehend the environments and be able to know how to approach basing on his/her team. There are different social intelligent strategies that a manager may use, these includes; Being practical, The managers and leaders need to have the capability of making things being done. This will assist in telling the teammate on what to do and to handle different issues.

This makes him/her have powers over these individuals. They need to possess strong emotional influences, this assists much in making the manager to have the ability to influence the other peoples experience and reactions. By doing so, the manager will be able to change the different perspectives male and female have on each other. They must possess strong appreciation of form; the managers must be able to design relationships among people. These relationships are of benefit to the teammates of the team as a whole.

They must have abstract skills, the ability to have conceptual reasoning; they have to be able to manipulate the individuals in terms of what they say and what they do. By manipulating symbolic activities of what other people do, the manager will be able to base his/her employees and adjust their interaction skills. The managers must also possess the capability of interaction of others, this helps them to relate with others and their likes and dislikes. This will enable the manager to know the people in his/her team and what they like.

Although it is very hard to mingle with the aggressive individuals, one will always have to stay in good terms with their families. In the cases of aggressive family members, I will try to my appreciation of form skills. by this interact with them and know the cause of them to act the way they do, by knowing them well, I will be able act in a way that goes in line with their likes and dislikes in order to prevent conflicts. In the context where one wants to interact with those who are already going ahead with their discussion, one can do something that will make him/her be recognized by the others and his presence acknowledged.

For example, upon arriving at the selected group, one can great all the members by shaking their hands this will create awareness that you are there. Recommendations to the leader
