Susanne Chan said that leadership is about leading her students to achieve their educational goals, which are to get transferred to the top schools in the USA. Based on her experiences, she said that the major obstacle that she frequently faces is motivating the tardy and lazy students. These types of students often come to her office and ask for her help. However, in return, they do not show any effort from their own side. Lack of efforts by lazy students is her biggest obstacle as plenty of her time is spent in motivating these students.

Besides helping students, she also has to take decisions for the office and manage the employee schedules in order to satisfy majority of her employees. Every month, she arranges frequent lunch meetings with her co-workers and office employees so that she can be in constant touch with them and know their needs. In her opinion, by doing this, she can take those decisions that can satisfy majority of the workers. She believes that her education in Master in Counseling has helped her to be rational in leading organization.

Susanne Chan believes that even though democracy leadership style is the best style of leadership, sometimes the leaders have to show their dictatorship for
