There are specific factors that influence every phase of the process and they include factors that influence if the person recognizes the signs of the fire incident, factors that influence the kind of interpretation the person forms regarding the situation and the risk basing on the signs, and thirdly factors that influence the decision regarding an action (Erica 2009, Pg 6).
