Family plays a very important role in the struggle for equity. Parents must do their best to make their family happy and safe, to make their children educated and comfortable. A church is also a very important institution in stating the culture.

The churches of some minorities turned into really big structures that help people state their traditions. Now the church is not only a religious center but also a center of culture and education (Levinson, 1998). Speaking about health, minorities’ leaders together with public organizations should pay more attention to the health issues, mainly to such problems as HIV and AIDS. This will help ethnic groups to gain equality. It should be mentioned that the state of health is closely connected to family conditions as healthy children are brought up in healthy families (Levinson, 1998).

The conclusion can be made that it is very important to take action to help people realize that only a united society can be successful. Therefore, it is essential for every citizen to support this unity.
