Debate I believe the question of the legal status of abortion should be resolved by the courts and not the legislature. In my opinion, the legislature is more concerned by a woman’s right to privacy which the Supreme Courts have found to protect a woman’s opportunity to end the life of an unborn child. This statement also brings about the argument of when an unborn fetus attains the qualities and equality of a born child. It also brings about the question of whether a fetus should be treated with equal rights as an already born child (Ginsberg, Theodore, Margaret, Caroline, & Robert 747).
If the issues of abortion are resolved at the legislature, a woman’s right to decide is more likely to be given much weight because of their right of privacy. However, it is worth noting that the concern of the fetus’ inability to decide whether to live or not. It is for this reason that I believe this issue should be resolved by the courts that are more likely to protect the interests of the meek which in this case are fetuses (Ginsberg, Theodore, Margaret, Caroline, & Robert 750).
In addition to being resolved by the courts, this contentious issue should also be resolve at the federal level and not state level. The United States of America is comprised of a number of states and in the event that the issue of abortion is solved at the state level, it is most likely that all the states will not have a unanimous ruling on the matter. Therefore, women would easily travel to states with legislations that favor their interests. This implies that in the event that the issue of abortion is resolved at the state level, people would easily move from one state to another with the hope of finding a soft spot to carry out an abortion (Ginsberg, Theodore, Margaret, Caroline, & Robert 751).

... Debate Employees in any organization should get salary increase on merit. This should be evaluated based on the employees’ performance. However, centrally to this, employees over the years continue to get a merit increase regardless of whether their performance is recommendable or not. This is attributed to the fact that employers and managers find it much more convenient to offer the merit increase by distributing it evenly to all employees to avoid misunderstandings and conflict in the workplace. In a bid to escape the conflicts, employers and managers end up being unfair to the top achievers who get a small increase compared to their performance. ...Debate on Healthcare Debate on Healthcare Should preference to healthcare be only given to urban populations with limited access to healthy groceries? It is my belief that preference to health care should be given to this group of the urban populace. The first reason is because individuals in urban areas with limited access to healthy groceries do not attain all the necessary nutrients and vitamins to maintain a healthy body. They can, therefore, not fend off disesse carrying microorganisms. Secondly, this group of people is exposed to a dirty environment in slums of garbage and exhaust fumes. This makes them prone to disease due to low air quality. Thirdly, a high percentage of this group of urban dwellers lacks health insurance and need...
