Change of Mode of Payment
Dear Staff,
This is to bring to notify you that paper checks will no longer be used as a mode of payment but direct deposits into employee accounts effective this month. This was decided after a lengthy consideration about other available options and costs of payment methods by the HR.
Direct deposits into the employee accounts will not only save the company money and employee time, (there will be no more trips to the bank) but also to a great extent reduce the time your salary reaches the bank. This means all employees will receive their money on pay date.
All employees must get a voided check or routing number to HR by 24th of September 2014.Paper work must strictly be completed by fax or in person. Emailing employee bank information will not be allowed at all. Kindly note that this communication must be adhered to by all employees with immediate effect. Thank you for your time, adherence and understanding
Best regards,
