I agree that the religion of Muslims deserves respect due to the believer’s commitment to prayers and religious practice. Christians are reluctant with many going for days without prayers but Muslims are devoted to prayer and prayer concerning religious demands (Paul II, 2003).

Disagree
There are some claims from the essay which I do not agree with because they are misleading. The claim about uniting Muslims and Christians can be fruitful is not true. The two religions have been different in the past and can not interact. Muslims see Christians as enemies while Christians see Muslims as they do not know the truth as they regard Jesus as a prophet (Paul II, 2003).

The dialogue is aimed at doing away with the difference and encouraging Muslims and Christians to live in peace, love, and respect. The dialogue focuses on the practice, beliefs, and faith of the two religions (Paul II, 2003).

Learning from the Class
From the class, I learned about Muslims and Christians. I have learned about the religious practices of Muslims and Christians and the difference and similarities between the two. From the class, I have learned the two religions had differences in the past from it is today. It is difficult to solve the difference and fights between Muslims and Christians. Read More
