There are certain situations in which the probability of showing a pro-social behavior is greater i.e. when a person is really happy/ guilty about something/belong to a small town and like helping people who share the same type of living (Bierhoff, 2002).
Apart from certain situations, pro-social behaviors differ between genders as well. Men tend to help women more and women show a lesser responsibility to help where there are a lot of men, as they get depended and think that they are supposed to help. At the end of the day, things behind such behavior are concern, generosity, and empathy that compel a person to benefit the other
In one of the studies undertaken by Lillian ‘Subway Samaritans’, diffusion of responsibility was studied and the researcher tried to find out what exactly is the condition that compels a person to help and not to help the other person while they are in a subway station around hundreds of people. Well, this study has conveyed one of the conditions in which diffusion of responsibility might occur. Here, there were two stooges i.e. a drunk with a bottle in his hand and another one was an old man with a hand carry.
They both tried to pretend and asked for help. Here, diffusion of responsibility occurred where women tried to be less helpful for the drunk than the other as they were hesitant and women thought that it will be more appropriate that men get up and show their pro-social behavior and this is how responsibility was diffused. This is how it can happen due to stereotypical thinking in any of the two genders (Bierhoff, 2002).
Another situation can also occur in a classroom among a number of students and a teacher. This can be, for example, that the student, in case of the other student tripping off from his chair, might not show is helping behavior as he will think that there are many of his friends around who will surely get up and help him to stand up from the ground.

The author claims that the act of helping without expecting any reward afterwards can originate from the socialization process or just purely self-interest brought about by the individual’s personality. Social learning theory and behavioral theories can explain the origin of this phenomenon quite well and especially for young children.
The theory explains the current event where a man in West Virginia died while on a shopping spree, due to a sudden illness on black Friday. Surprisingly, fellow shopper ignored the man’s body, while others just went over it (Gardner,
The author explains that with the discovery of peculiar characteristics of water, aside from relying on the magnetic field generated by various molecules in cells, the additional characteristics of particle diffusion in living cells were able to contribute to the greater advancement of the use of MRI.
This experiment aims to demonstrate how factors such as temperature affect the rate of diffusion and how different solute concentrations affect the morphology of the red blood cells and how this would translate to clinical practice. The effect of temperature was determined
ile phone was first innovation which transmitted the voice wirelessly and made it possible to communicate without actually been hooked with the wired telephone sets.
It is critical to note that the change which has taken place within the domain of mobile phones has much to do
The author explains that the aspects that control the speed of diffusion consist of surface area, concentration gradient, and diffusion distance. Animals have developed to increase the diffusion speed across respiratory membranes by increase of the respiratory surface area, concentration gradient, or reducing the distance of diffusion.
The most fascinating feature of DTI is that it is not a contrast-based MRI technique and, therefore, it eliminates the risks of using gadolinium-based contrast agents and “measurement of the restrictions on the Brownian motion of water molecules” is the underlying principle of DTI (Borrero et al., 2011).
The cell membrane is mainly composed of the lipid layer embedded with proteins and it’s involved in the following cellular processes: Signaling of the cell, Adhesion of the cell and conductivity of the ions in the cell and it forms the external attachment of cells interior to the extracellular structures.
Since the cell membranes represent semi-permiable membranes, the processes of diffusion and in particular, osmosis, are clearly evident. The importance of these two processes is based on the fact that they determine the distribution of nutrients and the disposal of waste products of metabolism.
Compatibility denotes the extent to which the innovation is observed to be consistent with socio-economic values, previous ideas, and perceived wants. Complexity connotes the extent to which the usage and understanding the simplicity of an innovation appear difficult.
