of Personality Insights Basic personality According to the scores, I am a person who is highly sociable, assertive as well as talkative. In addition, the scores portray me as a person who is dependable, persistent, goal bound as well as responsible. Furthermore, am imaginative, sensitive of art and intellect. On the other hand, I have moderation in calmness, self-security, and enthusiasm. On the same note, I am a person who tends to be considerate of the instances to offer trust, cooperation regardless of the fact of having a good nature. Jungian 16-type personality According to the score, I have a personality of ENTP. The instance articulates that am sociable, talkative plus a high level of assertiveness. On a more realistic description, the score enumerates me as a person who is honest. However, am capable of arguing tirelessly for instances that I do not have the actual belief. The case crops up from the argument of a truth aspect from another perspective (Fiedler). Type A I am a type A.. However, I am not a hardcore type A as per the score. The instance calls for me to be a person who has a tendency of overseeing quantity over quality. The instance also expresses me as a person who is capable of earning through speed. Moreover, a routine job works best for me. However, there is a need for results and boredom may arise from being a participant in long projects. The instance also makes me prone to stress. The other thing is that teamwork is not part of my success and working alone can be good. Handling ambiguity In accordance with the scores, I have a higher level of tolerance that makes me a person who tends to see ambiguous situations as promising rather than threatening. The instance showcases a person who accepts change and fit for the dynamic world that explains the current working environment. Creativity A score of 9 out of 18 depicts that am a person of a moderate creativity. The instance justifies the fact that I am a person who will favor speed over creativity. Values and attitudes insights My values The traits that I value include honesty, truth, happiness as well as the feeling of satisfaction in life. The values that follow include the real character and courtesy, wisdom and anything that is knowledgeable. Also, there are important aspects of religion such as salvation and the issue of eternal life as well as independence and self-sufficiency. Job involvement I have a score of twenty-four in job involvement. The explanation depicts a little participation in the job. However, the instance shows a high level of adjustment in case the current job goes sour. The example also shows that I have more leisure time that also creates the sense of balance in life. I believe in growth as well as a diverse experience. Motivation Insights My motivation The primary motivation is growth. Any aspect of growth tends to motivate me. On the other hand, my relatedness needs have a substantial level of fulfillment. The instance also explains that I cannot make motivation out of my needs for existence the same way as I would make for needs for growth. Dominant needs The instance speculates on my need for achievement and the acquisition of power. The case depicts a scenario of wanting to improve past performance as well as the need to be in the lead. The example of autonomy and affiliations are second to the necessity of achievement and power. Rewards with the most value The list of awards has a priority list that I prefer. In detail, I value a prestigious title as a reward for excellence. Secondly, I love a reward of having co-workers who are friendly with a march of recognition. Thirdly, I have a sense of having a flexible schedule in case of success. View on nature of people According to the score, I have an open mind in relation to my opinion of the various characteristics that people have in the workplace. I have a flexible view that some people can be lazy while others can be working. Also, some are responsible while others lack the interest to work. Goals on course performance The performance in my studies is not a matter of clarity in the goals. However, I do not have poor goals that guide my performance. The instance that drives me to strive in the performance is due to the immediate environment that includes the tutors, the parents, and friends. Confidence in my abilities to succeed The score depicts me as a person who is confident to overcome. The instance implies that I have confidence in approaching new situations. Attitude towards achievement I have an attitude that tends to favor reward towards the success of other people. The instance thus shows that a have a positive reaction towards other people’s success. My job’s motivating potential The current occupation tends to have all the features that arouse my potential. The instance thus showcases diversity and flexibility. Want for an enriching job I do not need an enriched job since there is the possibility of acquiring more complexities, as well as challenges. The instance depicts that the current satisfaction is sufficient, and there’s no need for trying to achieve more. Decision-making insights Procrastination I am not a procrastinator. Am proactive, I budget time, money and resources, I have a plan of achievements in school and I have an idea of completing the major in school. In addition, I have realistic goals for the future. Likelihood of becoming an entrepreneur According to the scores, there is no probability of me becoming an entrepreneur. PART II Working with others Communication skills Face to face communication style I am not very good in styles that use facial communication. However, my style includes the creation of an impression. In addition, I tend to have a relaxation as well as a face that indicates attention to another speaker. Listening skills I am good at listening. The score indicates that am above the range that needs an effort in improving their listening skills. Leadership and team skills Leadership style My leadership style tends to be autocratic. The instance is because I have a concern for task more than for people. However, the leadership style is not very active as per the score. Charisma I am very charismatic. The instance indicates that I have strong convictions about my beliefs and good self-confidence. Trust My faith in people is little. I have trust issues and am of the belief that no one is capable of being trustworthy. Trust from other people From the scores, almost all people have confidence in me.
