PsychologyThe work entails response to the four feedbacks. Specifically, I share and expound on colleagues ideas in order to boost understanding. Multiple-choice test enables holistic thinking and positive feedback about individual experience. Misaligned tests results to irregular conclusions on researches. For instance, misaligned specimen on a machine skews results.A detailed teacher selection process takes into consideration the competency level, cognitive ability, and skills to tackle students changing demands.

Besides, the selection considers talents and flexibility to cope with various teaching burdens. Thus, a good teacher should nurture practical knowledge among students. Education requires good knowledge of de-individuation theory, excellent understanding of the structure of personality like id, ego, and super-ego and be able to apply them in real life.Classical response theory (CRT)AdvantagesClassical response theory enhances positive score and improves validity of psychological tests through parallel examinations (Little, 2013).

Hence, it creates harmony between observed variance on the original test for all persons. DisadvantagesHowever, classical response theory involves standard error of measurement. Hence, it lacks reliability on correlation between test scores on parallel examinations. In addition, the examinee features and test characteristics are intact thus difficult to interpret separately. Item response theory (IRT)AdvantagesIRT supports effective measurement scales for latent personalities, evaluation of differential element functioning and addition of extra response substances in the same scale (Little, 2013).

Therefore, IRT helps the assessment of ideal and suitable specimen for adaptive computer testing. DisadvantagesIRT creates inseparable examinees and test characteristic. Therefore, it interprets each item on different contexts. Moreover, IRT makes an assumption of standard error on all specimens. Validity and error of measurementsIRT increases the validity and error measurement of assessment by subjecting test items on the same scale. Consequently, it facilitates computerized adaptive testing that reduce test length and improve score precision.

Furthermore, separate item statistics enhances assessment validity (Little, 2013).ReferencesLittle, T. D. (2013). The Oxford handbook of quantitative methods. New York: Oxford University Press.
