Reliability gets achieved when the steps taken in the research can be verified by examining raw data and results of the data reduction process. (Campbell, 1996). The testing of reliability will also be promoted by establishing the trustworthiness of the respondents during the interviews and the link between the observation results and the subject matter of the research being conducted.
Validity would be measured by the researcher’s perception of the responses given during the interviews and notes taken during observation. This measurement will establish if the responses received and the notes taken (data collected) gets fit to bring tangible results of the study.
