Aside from figuring out what courses are best suited to those internally, the available statistical analysis can be used to define what the consumer preference would be for the course offerings. By creating a plethora of course combinations and asking the potential external clients about their preferences pertaining to the preset offers, I will be able to identify the most appealing course offerings for both internal and external clients thus allowing me to confidently drop the course offerings that are at the bottom of the preference list.

The Conjoint Analysis will aid me in using the Kepner-Tregoe Matrix when making a decision. The Kepner-Tregoe Matrix emphasizes the end goal of any decision as being the “best possible choice”. That is the most logical option since there can never be a perfect choice or decision. Each decision we make will always carry some shortcomings or defects, our goal as decision-makers is to ensure the lowest risk factor in the decision-making process. The Kepner-Tregoe approach will easily help me evaluate and mitigate the risks of the decisions I made.

This is also the approach that I will use in order to meet my deadline with the goal of limiting the pitfalls that normally affect the group decision-making process.
