The need to deconstruct the memory of past is important to resolve the conflicts and apprehensions that are carried to the present. The learning processes of the three approaches are therefore mainly designed towards that objectives and promote a better and positive perspective of self and that of the world. Indeed, various approaches deal with the conscious and unconscious working of the time and therefore the effectiveness depends not only on the treatment but also on the person or patient.
