The changes in families depend on changes that occur in society as a whole. Therefore, to understand the state of modern families and assess the prospects for its further development can only be taken the dramatic changes that have taken place in public life and in the popular consciousness during the XX century. At the same time we should not forget that there is evolution of the family, caused by its own internal laws of development. Industrialization, the complication of production processes, urbanization, etc., have led to increased population mobility, increased personal freedom, women’s emancipation, the emancipation of children from their parents, more complex ways of socialization, etc. In general the changes are connected with the values of individuality in culture. At the level of psychology it is reflected in the growth of consciousness, increased autonomy (and the need for it) of modern man. For a small child family is the whole world, where he lives, works, makes discoveries, and learns to love, hate, joy, and compassion. As a member, the child enters a certain relationship with their parents, which can be both positive and negative. Consequently, the child grows friendly, open, sociable, or disturbing, rude, hypocritical, lying.
