The result delivered by the PANAS Questionnaire is indeed a realistic one as I myself consider being happy most of the time while I consider worrying or sadness to be immaterial in my life. Usually, I am excited about the ensuing prospects or possibilities in my life and I put less emphasis on the factors that negatively affect my way of living. 2. Satisfaction with Life Questionnaire The score obtained from the satisfaction with life questionnaire depicted a score of 2.17 in relation to the degree of pleasant life while 2.

83 for a good life and 3.50 for a meaningful life. All the scores are based upon the range of 1.00 to 5.00. Accordingly, the score related to pleasant life can be ascertained to be relatively low and below the average. These scores represent the true picture of my life. On the other hand, the score concerning good life postulated the figure of 2.83. Contextually, I do agree that this score has a significant relationship with my present life scenario. Similarly, the score related to meaningful life depicted 3.

50, which is quite higher than I had expected. However, the satisfaction with life scale score revealed the figure of 18 (where the considered range is 5-35), which is relatively low. 3. Fordyce Emotions Questionnaire According to Fordyce Emotions Questionnaire, it was ascertained that average happiness score stood to be 6 (range 0-6) which is slightly higher than the average. The scores obtained from the above questionnaire depict quite prosperous life and in general I also believe that I am a happy person.

I firmly believe that the elements of Positive Emotion, Engagement, Positive Relationships, Meaning, and Accomplishment PERMA are related to my life and wellbeing. Accordingly, I feel in order to experience wellbeing and happiness, positive emotion is a vital element. Positive emotions such as gratitude, satisfaction, hope, peace, and curiosity have an important place in the life of every individual. I believe that I have experienced a few positive emotions in my life which help me to attain happiness.
