It is necessary to discuss client rights and counselor’s responsibility based on codes, ethics, and matters relating to legal and ethical confidentiality. It is also necessary to determine methods of supervising interns and newly hired counselors.

Multicultural training program
Multicultural training is a program that is becoming a basic need due to the increasing trend of globalization. Among the available friendly multicultural training programs, I would propose European Intercultural Workplace (EIW). The goal of this project is to investigate the challenges that arise in a workplace environment that is increasingly becoming intercultural. The project’s aim is to perform an investigation on issues within the intercultural workplace, provide information and teaching solutions to administrators, customers and employees. These persons derive their origin from the host and immigrant cultures in both public and private sectors. This training program seeks to address culture shock and build compassion between members of an organization who differ in nationality and culture. The elements of this program are an interpretation of massage, work ethic, race, conflict, body language, language and gender.

American Counseling Association's Code of ethics contains eight main sections that address diverse aspects. These include counseling relationship, discretion, concession communication and confidentiality, proficient responsibility, relationships with other professionals, evaluation measurement and interpretation, supervision instruction and teaching, investigation and publication and resolving ethical issues. All the elements in the European Intercultural Workplace training program are relevant to the following codes of ethics: supervision, training and teaching. The ethical codes of Evaluation, assessment and interpretation are relevant to the elements of interpretation of massages. The codes have zero support for misinterpretation of information by the counselors. The ethical code of Professional responsibility regulates the elements of language and conflict management. It ensures that the counselors act in a manner that reflects professionalism in their work. It also ensures that counselors use appropriate language all the time, to avoid causing conflicts. The ethical code of counseling relationships regulates the elements of body language and gender (ACA Code of Ethics 2).

Client rights and counselor responsibility
Based on several ethical codes such as counseling, relationships, evaluation, assessment, and interpretation, I would advise my client to consider making an effort for both of them to see me before breaking the news to her wife. The communication privilege empowers me to break the news to her wife in case he fails to do the same by virtue of my position as a counselor. Concurrently, it is a client’s right to seek relationship counseling before making a quick and uncalculated decision (American Counselling Association 2).
Confidentiality regarding legal and ethical issues

As a professor, legal issues that arise between a client and I should be legally and ethically exclusive based on the tenets of confidentiality. This means that a third party should not participate in the case. I would interpret the code of conduct regulating the relationship between myself and professional counselors to mean a discretional exclusion of confidential matters during the peer-talk time. Consequently, I do not expect my peers to comprehend the dilemma that characterizes my case (American Counselling Association 2).
Supervision and consultation

An administrative bustle implemented to watch over interns and newly hired counselors within the counseling school where I work is result-based. A client’s input is important because it enhances the assessment purpose. The counselor evaluation form is passed to every client who has participated in the counseling session. Clients are expected to answer the questions regarding the quality of services offered by their respective counselors. The information gathered is instrumental when developing advanced training programs that improve the capability of the counselors. The organization has a register that interns sign daily basis. The purpose of the register is to prove their presence or absence at the workplace. With this kind of supervision, it is easy to know who was there or not, and for how long. Thirdly, the organization has a tight schedule to monitor how well interns and newly hired counselors, utilize their working hours. This supervision is focused on reducing time wastage and increasing work output. The supervision is satisfactory and is likely to work without improvements.

Conclusion
The Europe Intercultural workplace-training program is appropriate for this organization. The elements of the program are easily reconcilable with the codes and ethics of both the American Counseling Association (ACA) and American Mental Health Counseling (AMHC). The link connecting the codes and the elements establishes a platform for quality service delivery (American Counselling Association 2). Read More
