Alex should concentrate on improving the self management, empathy and social skills. Alex’s suspension and recommendation for termination is completely justified given his misbehavior and disregard for his peers. If he was so truthful from the start, he should have leaked the company’s secrets when he first learnt about them, and not later as a revenge.
