Dramas have always been popular among the public and constitute a large portion of English literature. As the drama is supposed to be performed, it is based on more realistic issues and matters that are present in our society, compared to other forms of literature. It focuses on themes that are clearly seen in our surroundings like love, death, etc.
Most artists including Andy Warhol, Nam June Paik, Yoko Ono, Bonnie Sherk and John Cage all turned to performance art-once they were dissatisfied with traditional forms of art such as sculpture and painting-to revitalize their work.
They are a foresight into what the movie is all about. In the movie, when Harry Potter learns that he is a wizard and decides to go to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, he is taken along by the school’s gamekeeper and his new friend Rubeus Hagrid to Diagon Alley, a shopping place just for the magical people.
This aspect of expressing dissent and using art to ask questions from the public or the government makes street art a form of public art. It is actually one of the most convenient means for the public to show to the superiors what they are going through and what they want.
The artist also creates a contrast between the live and nonlive parts of the sculpture by having a deep groove between the body parts and the rough stone. In a way, there is a sort of trench, and this has the effect of making the body parts pop out from the stone, not specifically separated but still having a clear gap and change of depth.
Many people, even those who aren't greatly familiar with art, recognize the word 'Renaissance' as referring to an explosive period in arts and the humanities and vaguely link it to Middle Age fashions and lifestyles. In reality, the Renaissance period began in 14th century Italy as the people there began rediscovering the knowledge.
The Spanish converted the natives to their religion, but with this, the Mexicans did not abandon their culture. Their fondness for bright color is evident in the art. Oaxacan art was born because of these two factors whereby its most distinguishing features include the use of Catholic icons, distinct animal forms and the use of bright colors.
