(2009), some of the hottest topics include advancements in this field and advanced technologies that have been introduced to improve plastic surgery services in contemporary society. Cheap cosmetic surgery has led to cosmetic tourism in the UAE, with many of the cosmetic tourists coming from Europe and North Africa. The research we are about to take looks at the future needs and the demands of plastic surgery clients/ patients and factors that influence the practice.

In keeping with ASPS esthetic surgery is solely performed to improve the external appearance and is a subspecialty in plastic surgery in its entirety. Rohrich et al. (2010), argue that cosmetic, plastic, and reconstructive surgeries all have a psychological dimension. Many people place a lot of importance on physical appearance; it can affect an individual emotional state substantially (Rohrich et al., 2010). Rohrich et al. (2010), argue that it is no longer problematic to have soft skin, have the breasts one wants, have extra fat extracted from body parts, and have other body parts augmented or improved.

The physical and psychological effects are truly astonishing with numerous people confessing how the process has improved their lives. Plastic surgery restores people’s confidence and creates a brand-new self-image. Advances in current aesthetic medicine have created a better way of solving people’s problem that interferes with their self-esteem and confidence. In contemporary society, plastic surgeons carry out treatments that are incredibly safe and capable of giving results that are natural-looking and dramatic. Some of the motivations and issues behind the research are the role that has been played by the media in commercializing plastic surgery.

Plastic surgery is in most cases performed either to correct a physical abnormality or to enhance a normal physical feature to improve appearance. In an extremely broad field, plastic surgery may also offer reconstructive surgery for patients after burn’s scars, and other physical trauma. In some cases, plastic surgery may be used to smooth out wrinkles, reshape the nose or even enlarge breasts. The growth of cosmetic surgery tourism comes as an effect of a broad assortment of motivators. Progressively, developing countries are continuously capitalizing on these flows and linking Medicare with tourism activities.

Currently, the improved trend of plastic surgery has leaned towards the cosmetic aspect. The cosmetic surgery trend seems to be more than a short-term phase. The practice is on the rise and this is likely the way society will function from now. Today’s magazines are littered with models who give everybody a false outlook on reality.
