Taking EAP 0485, with Mr. Sonnenfeld, will have its ups and downs. Like any other teacher, Mr. Sonnenfeld is strict regarding a few things and pretty lenient regarding others. It is always a good idea to walk into his classes prepared, as he is very fond of keeping his students on their toes with constant quizzes and exams. In this regard, the best course of action would be to be attentive in class and be diligent in doing the assignments and other homework that Mr. Sonnenfeld so often hands out.

This can not only help in surviving in Mr. Sonnenfeld’s class, but would also result in a better learning, helping improve the student’s level of English. Mr. Sonnenfeld, it can be said, is a tough task master, as he expects his students to do well in the class, ensuring through the quizzes and assignments that the students are learning. However, that aside, he is a very pleasant and friendly person, who does not shy away from making jokes and letting his students relax and be themselves.

He does not expect his students to be serious and silent in his class but appreciates participation, making his class that much more interesting.
