My personal philosophy in nursing affiliation My personal philosophy in nursing Taking up nursing in most instances is usually more than just a profession. The intrigue in pursuing nursing is the fact that one has the feeling of care, remorse and the need to help people in need (Frank, 2010). In the medical field nursing forms the most important group of all the practitioners. In nursing an individual always have the personal perception of health, nursing environment and the personal attitude towards nursing.
Personally the nursing environment makes it interesting for me to work as a nurse. Having to save lives and helping the needy on each day, makes my morale to work as a nurse even stronger (Leslie, 2011). Personally, I have a philosophy that I have to make a difference in someone’s life on a daily basis. Nursing enables me to do that and give the comfort of life I need. I believe in quality healthcare. People should be provided with proper medical attention regardless the social status. As a nurse I aim at ensuring every individual has the efficient access to medical care.
I do my best to ensure more lives are saved and people feel appreciated by my field of practice. In person I believe in changing the society in the capacity of my ability. Nursing as an indulging career, there is need for evolution in the field to make it easier and efficient for medical care provision (Frank, 2010). As a nurse I always aim at embracing positive change and disregarding setbacks. Nursing school provides the interested parties with a real picture of the nursing life. It is meant to prepare them for their professional lives.
Nursing school is the pillar in the production of quality nurses (Leslie, 2011). ReferencesFrank, J. (2010). The 5 min clinical consult 2011. London: Lippincott Williams & Wilkins. Leslie, N. (2011). Clinical Case Studies in Home Health Care. New York: Wiley and Sons.
