Particularly, some students join college with much inclination towards their profession and they choose fields such as medical and engineering with a dream of becoming doctors and engineers in the future. While some enjoy studying for their profession, some are not interested in seeking a profession but are more interested in building character (Arnold, pp. 31-35).

Students enthusiastic in terms of their profession usually study hard to get good grades and get into the best college in the country. It has been an observation that such students are so much ambitious; they always find themselves in the race to become top scorers in their class while their target is to take different courses that will help them in ensuring a sustainable career. They participate in different quizzes, debates, and other academic competitions, which make them quite the brightest and competitive students.

As mentioned earlier, students of such a category are always in a race. First, they get into the race of getting admission to the desired college; then they aim to excel and outstand. All the teachers know their names and they are always in the good books of every teacher. They also help others in studies and projects, even teach other students and play a vital role in assisting others. There is an idiom, All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy. Briefly, the ultimate aim of such students is to get the best job in the topmost company that everyone has ever wished for and to secure their future. In this way, they get fruitful results after untiring efforts.

On the other hand, every college has a group of students who do something out of the box and they are mostly not interested in grades, degree, or even profession, and they are always in search of doing something unique and different. Experience indicates that such students usually become popular as part of a creative and talented lot. They usually follow their hearts, and most do not plan their future in comparison to others (Marshall, pp. 41-47). In addition, they do not choose subjects based on their career but rather choose subjects out of their interest, curiosity, and sometimes even as a challenge that distinguishes them evidently from the earlier discussed lot of students. In comparison to the ambitious ones, the creative ones are not so competent academically but they do remarkable things, for instance, some students have artistic minds and they end up creating stunning portraits, sketching, and some are often fond of visual arts such as photography, etc.

Conclusively, creatives are usually not the top scorers of college but they do make a difference in society in an extraordinary way, these students enjoy their life to the fullest, discover various places, they are more social, have more friends, and usually spend time with their family. Such students are usually interested in innovation whereas ambitious students usually endeavor to fulfill set targets and follow set guidelines.
