Web 2.0 will be also essential in enhancing Jewelry store’s website presence. This is to make it more than just a repository through, Interacting with other internet users Engaging all people especially by using “share” “like” “Twitter” buttons to guide people to view store’ products. Collaborate with colleagues Increase store’s visibility even in the regions where its branches are nonexistent. Whether Jewelry Store should expand to B2B and B2G Jewelry store should expand to B2B and B2G. Rationale: This is because it will attain adequate and heightened platform to serve large pool of clients from varied global regions. Hence, increase its future chances of reaching other global regions. This is because the store will be already marketing itself through social media, which currently has no boundaries (Beth, 2013). Global issues that may affect consumer behavior Cultural issues like negative social media perception in the Middle East adversely influence consumer’s behavior. This evident in regions where extremists deem the presence of social media does not align with their state’s religious laws. Hence, embracing it will distort their morals, which is a detriment to the growing corporations that normally use online platforms to sell and advertise their products. Psychological factors also influence consumers’ decision making especially when they are purchasing products that do not emanate from their regions. This scenario is evident especially in third world states whereby most of the natives are selective when purchasing products especially online. Social class is also another factor whereby people buy certain merchandises based on what they can afford as well as defining their societal strata. Figure 1: Instant Messaging Vs. Yammer.
