750). The people affected most by this kind of impartial discrimination are more often than not the immigrants who move to work in another nation. Following the notion of the universal human rights that all human beings are equal, this issue necessitates a more clear reflection. This paper will investigate the position of such groups of people, taking the United Kingdom as our nation of study and immigrants as well as asylum seekers in the country as our subjects of study. If possible, the study will also offer recommendations upon how the negative factors facing these immigrants could be mitigated.

UK is a sovereign state in the northwest coast of Europe. The region is comprised of the United Kingdom and Great Britain. The region is governed by a monarch, with the queen seating at the throne, assisted by a prime minister. The official language of the region is English. The majority of the inhabitants are whites comprising largely over 92% of the total population (Yang, 1994, p. 460). The other portion is comprised of a mixture of Asian, Chinese, black, mixed race and others. The region has a population of over 63 million inhabitants as of the 2011 census report with a population density of 255 persons per square kilometer.

Over the last decade, the company has experienced an influx of immigrants wishing to settle in the country for various reasons. The advancement in the industrial sector has attracted many seeking employment into these industries. The advancement and global stretch of the British educational curriculum has endeared many into migrating to the region in pursuit of educational opportunities. Other people have moved to the region in a bid to exploit the business and industrial entrepreneur potential of the advanced economy.
