A collaborative role benefits both clients and the services given to them. Through collaboration, organizations become more responsive to customers’ needs. On the other hand, a collaborative role within the organization seals the gaps in services being offered and also provides for the provision of more comprehensive services. Apart from the advantages to clients and service provision, the collaborative role has advantages to the organization. It enables the organization to introduce new practices, expectations, and ideas.
