This helps build healthy relationships which fosters the overall workplace environment. Supervision is only slightly important for me because I feel more comfortable around my peers and alone at work, and do not really feel easy being supervised. Still I think supervision is a valuable job characteristic because it motivates employees to bring out their best. Another very important item for me is personal growth and career development.
