College Application Essay I thought all along that challenges in the academe were all I had to confront at that age in which almost everyone knew or at least thought he knew the type of person he would become of himself as he decides to in the making, or in that process which must get accomplished and treated with diploma after a certain amount of years. The bitter-sweet adventure, in my further discovery however, has not reached its end. Beyond life in Temple University, there had been way too much to uncover with which to be surprised.

As an Economics graduate, like everybody else of the same major I suppose, had that initial expectation of getting a job that pays a lucrative sum. I knew for sure that my outstanding scholastic records would well pay off in this respect and it did eventually but not without difficulty. My college degree did earn for me the best choice of having the desired position in the targeted industry where I had the chance to pioneer decisions for challenging projects, direct goals for the company, and contribute inspiration for individual growth to fellow colleagues through experiences gained from an entry to the supervisory level.

Just when I thought that the ultimate plight is in school alone and was over, I have recognized similar patterns recurring at work in the real world with times that stretch my reserves of patience and push my capable limits to unreasonable extent, compensating for losses that reflect in the weaknesses of others. There have also been really rewarding moments at work, where I came across a work partner who happened to be the same person I tied the knot with for a lifetime worth of partnership.

Because we have known each other professionally for over five years and are fully aware of our differences and job expectations, we are happy to have been able to work things out of our personal concerns from this point. All these ten years of learning to become the best I could possibly be in different ways would all come to waste if I decide to give up along the way, which is one aspect I consider owing Temple University for in getting me equipped with essentials beyond the curricula. With character based on integrity and accountability the institution had implicitly taught me to be founded with, I have acquired set of values which enable me to not quit and discover a sense of mission and creativity in each endeavor.
