In addition, this subject investigates the user psychology, behaviours and develops the system that capable to meet the user expectations regarding system working. Human-computer interaction (HCI) research deals with the design of interfaces that facilitate simple and efficient use of computer systems (Marchionini & Sibert, 1991; Myers et al., 1996; DePaula, 2003). Dix, Finlay, Abowd, & Beale (2003) define effective interaction design as the analysis and study of communication among users or people with computers. The fundamental objective of effective human computer interaction design is to build systems that are much more user friendly as well as responsive to user’s requirements thus that people could be able to get their outcomes faster, through smaller mistakes and better satisfaction (Dix et al., 1998; Tate, 2001; Field, 2005).
