I have initially conceded that I was trained early to write since my elementary years. Through diverse literary subjects and kinds, my writing skills continue to improve over the years.

The tasks and assignments given were appropriate for future endeavors in the business world. I realize the importance of making business correspondences in the form of company memos and presentations. These tools will be used in undertaking my future responsibilities in any given organization.

The feedback mechanism is critical in making corrective actions in cases of weaknesses and mistakes. This tool is also being used as part of a monitoring process in business. The inputs provided by our professor are most relevant in making improvements in all of the tasks assigned and accomplished.

Current Strengths and Weaknesses

I have identified some extent of stage fright when giving presentations in front of an audience. This was somehow diminished by the risk of making a presentation about Emergency Response during Terrorist Threats in the organization. Aside from developing my writing skills in terms of preparing a concise and interesting presentation of facts, the exercise enabled me to develop a sense of confidence in delivering the report.

Ways to Improve Communication Skills

Communication skills can be improved through constant practice. Learning is never a one-time experience. With continued writing on various topics, continued participation in group meetings and discussions ons, and improved public speaking experiences, I know I would continue to improve my communication skills. These are required in the business setting as I would correspond with people from various levels of the hierarchy.
