Hence, the aim behind the establishment of such a food service that could give the message of peace and comfort to its clients at a walking distance from their workplace. Miss Kanhnika will design the market plan and will manage the service procedure under her dynamic leadership and broad vision. Staff Members: AER will hire the services of a team of experienced and hardworking chefs and waiters for its first branch. In the beginning, AER is determined to remain confined to the baking and preparing of egg rolls only, but the company has high hopes of making rapid progress by introducing Chinese, Middle Eastern and Far Eastern fast foods along with the Western and European foodstuff. In addition, the company has also made plan regarding offering traditional drinks including Coca-Cola, Sprite, black and green tea, Arabic qahwa and others, which are helpful in respect of inviting the people belonging to divergent cultures, regions and nationalities of the world at its service place. Location: Selection of location is one of the most imperative steps taken by a business, which exposes the vision of the management on the one hand, and determines the speed of the company’s growth on the other. The management is determined to launch the first branch of AER food brand at the heart of California City and in its busiest commercial zone, where there exist hundreds of various offices of local, national and international brands, banks, business centers, educational institutions, health centers, shopping plazas and others. Building: Consists of a neat and clean kitchen, a furnished dinning hall and a sanitary wash-room, the company will start its services from small investment within three months. Targeting & Segmentation of Customers: Being at the centre of commercial zone, Ailasia Egg Roll will immediately capture the attention of the bank executives, business personnel, corporate class and the students, as well as the people who use to visit this commercial zone time and again as customers and clients at these offices and business centers.
