THE BREWDOG BEER BRANDING AND MARKETING SYSTEM Introduction Marketing is one particular branch of business that deals with all the promotional aspects of a certain business organization. At some point, this particular sector of the organization is perceived to have a certain group of experts attending to the said needs of the organization with regards promotion and advertising (Kotler, 2002). Every kind of organization has their own marketing branch. This is specifically because of the fact that the incoming profit that the company expects from its clients is particularly empowered by the marketing strategies created by the marketing group. Whatever it is that the Marketing group plans shall determine the organization’s success in the industry. The ability of the said in-charged group in making amends for the organization’s ability to make it within the industrial competition in the business world shall make it possible for the business to make a considerable reputation that could attract the clients who are being targeted by the said organization. This is particularly the reason why business organizations both large-scale and small-scale make it a point that the marketing procedures that they carry on for the sake of business progression is given careful attention and as well as an ample amount of investment. Particularly, marketing is a business branch that sets the path for the organization as to how they are supposed to trod the journey of success in the industry that they are dealing with. The intensity of the procedures taken by marketing experts particularly pertains to the quality of the advertising procedures that the organization ought to take into consideration for actual operational purposes. It is in this particular sector of the organization that the fast release or distribution of the services or the products offered by the organization towards the clients could be determined. In this particular case, BrewDog Beers marketing approach shall be examined as to how well the company is able to fit within the competing arena of huge brewery organizations around the world as they introduce their branded product to the target market that they are aiming to serve. How does the internet applications help in this particular goal of creating a feasible environment of marketing to the target consumers that they are aiming their products to be distributed to. The BrewDog Marketing Definition With huge and well-known breweries already operating in the market, BrewDog is certain to have the need to get in the market with the use of effective marketing tools to make it in the said field of competition. It could not be denied that stepping up to such competition but through the innovative approach of the individuals who created BrewDog, the influence that the company aimed to have on their clients could be achieved, their marketing process became one of the key reasons why they are now able to affect the market as much as they want. What is this particular innovation? The internet; it could be noticed that through the said innovative approach, the company is now able to reach the young generation as well as the ‘hip’ individuals around the world. In their website at http://www.brewdog.com/about.php, it could be observed how much they tried to attract the consumers in a rather different procedure. Considerably, setting a trend among the young ones is the main theme of the entire website. Expressionism, being able to be one’s own self, this is the main idea that the BrewDog creators wanted to present to the market that they are aiming to affect. Besides that, blogging made their website rather personal for the clients. The idea is to give their most priced clients to express what they think about the product or simply write about anything they feel like talking about over the internet. No, there has never been any brewery company that made the same approach in marketing yet. The approach is new yet still considered edgy especially when the reflection over the sales rate and profit gains of the organization ever since it has been marketed to the buying public, the increase of the digits presenting sales and revenues sure prove the effectiveness of the marketing process adapted by the business. Marketing Today Today, the level of competition that each business organization deals with in the human society is clearly identified by the progressive procedures taken by the marketing team of each business company. The strategies of marketing that each organization adapts into is primarily defined by the financial capabilities of the said business entity t o provide the services need by the clients that pertain to promotional operations. The strong impact of the marketing strategies also usually brings about the thought that the main target of the promotional presentations is the group of people in the society who are assumed by the organization to be the primary clients of the organization (Brown, 1993). It is their interest that should be the focus of the promotional interpretations and presentations. The strategies are indeed strongly differed through the identification of the target consumers or clients of the organization. In the aspect of providing specific services to the public in exchange of personal gains mainly the profit, marketing plays and important role. Using effective marketing strategies, one can actually publicly discuss their intentions and the nature of their services to the society attracting prospective clients willingly to avail it as an answer to their respective needs. One of the most important elements to be considered in marketing services in the public is the aspect of pricing. Pricing basically identify one’s offered services apart from the others. This concept, if used properly, can be a significant advantage of the one offering or a detrimental factor to the public identity of the person or corporation offering the service. Thus, the important elements regarding pricing must always be considered in effectively applying this approach. In the aspect of pricing, one must always consider competition with the general group and with the other entities offering the same service. The established price must be competitive to that of the others with an attractive nature with the general public to convert them to prospective clients. The price must cater to the public giving them the capability to acknowledge and utilize the service being offered by that of the specific servicing entity. Another element is the quality wherein the price can significantly stand as a marketing agent for the quality of the service (WM, 2001). The price should be established not too low to be viewed as a low quality service but not too high to become an expansive mean of acquiring the said service. The price must be determined in the middle signifying that it is commensurable to a high-quality service in the cheapest possible approach. In addition, the price must also be established as appropriately synchronize with the present economic condition and preference of the society making it highly noticeable in the present market. In determining the effective price in the aspect of marketing services in the public, one must critically consider the important elements such as economic competition, quality identity, current market trends, and the public preferences regarding the service being offered. With a significant consideration of the said concept, servicing companies can establish an efficient price identity for their marketing approaches. Conclusion Overall, marketing could then be noted as a source of established foundation for every business organization. The impact that it has on every established business group is a primary concern that brings about possible profitable sources to the different business organizations (Brown, 1998). Indeed, marketing and the operations that are made under this particular sector of the organization assure the whole business entity of the competitive standing of the entire organization within the business industries. This is particularly the reason why it has been commented that: “Companies without a marketing mindset are at a disadvantage in todays business world. Those who are still centered around their products, rather than their customers, are doomed to fail.” The clients are the main target of marketing procedures, companies who are still starting and those who are already established who give lesser care in this aspect of business operations are indeed assured to have a hard time coping up with the existing competition within the industry. Yes, marketing on the part of BrewDog plays a great part in the process by which the company gains an edge in the industry of beer distribution. It could be considered that it is through their unique approach to influence the people who are noted as the target market of the organization. Blogging and self-expressionism surely makes it a certain point that the product is well accepted by the current generation of youngsters who are into internet marketing as well as expressionism and social acceptance. The edge of the organization is simple, they were able to target the particular wants and demands of their clients in the market. References: Kotler, Philip & Hayes, Thomas & Bloom, Paul N (2002).
