These tests have been taken without the knowledge of the workers and the test have mainly been undertaken to ensure that the workers do not have any genetic defects.

This is a very incorrect step that has been undertaken by the company and it is accounts for actions that are unlawful and also pushes the company into committing the mistake of discriminating the employees based on the disabilities or even unnecessarily. These steps that have been undertaken by the company has cost the company a lot of money to be paid out as compensation to the employees. It is to be noted that the employees who became a part of this and had been victimised, were given a compensation of $2.
